Eileen Collins Bretz
Ms. Bretz is managing partner for Bretz & Coven offices in New York and New Jersey.
She is responsible for immigrant visa processing both in the United States and at various consulates in other countries and handles the majority of the firm's appearances in NJ Immigration Court and at adjustment-of-status and naturalization interviews.
Her dedication to her clients has facilitated new branches of practice at the firm as former immigration clients request that Bretz & Coven help them with other areas of law. Ms. Bretz focuses the firm's general practice on matters of real estate, family law, business closings & incorporation, and estate planning.
Her work in estate planning and wills is especially valuable to non-citizens whose estates are subject to different rules than those of U.S. citizens and is a testament to the fact that Bretz & Coven clients are likely to prosper in their new home country.
