How to Request Online Payments
To request for Online Payments, please fill in the form on the right, and submit the request. Once the request has reached our Billing Department, a representative will email you a Request for Payment with your account information and balance inquiries.
Follow the instructions for payments. After payment has been received by the Billing Department, an email receipt will be sent to you with proof of payment and information on any balance and or information regarding the status of your case.
