As a first-generation American of Egyptian and Honduran parents, Dealal Ahmed is passionate and understanding of the personal difficulties related to immigrants in the United States. Her experience has primarily focused on family-based immigration, but she has extensive experience in Asylum, especially cutting-edge cases based upon LGBTQ and abuse targeted at females. She works closely with clients seeking immigration benefits based upon U-Visas (victims of certain crimes), VAWA (abused spouses), fiancé, international adoption and student visas. She has also successfully extended tourist and other non-immigrant visas.
 

Dealal Ahmed also provides support to individuals faced with deportation or removal proceedings before Immigration Courts throughout the United States. Attorney Ahmed has represented detained clients and conducted various bond hearings. She is an especially skillful writer and has successfully reopened many deportation and removal orders.
 

As an immigration attorney licensed by the state of New York and admitted to practice in Federal court specifically the Southern District of New York allows Attorney Ahmed to practice immigration law before the USCIS, ICE, CBP, BIA and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) in all states. She is allowed to practice 100% immigration law in all states.
